The Bold Promise - Lifetime Warranty
When you get a bag from us, there are two things we can guarantee you; our commitment to excellence in our products and a great customer care. This is why we decided to promise a lifetime warranty of all our products, which can be double checked with our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but in the case that any of our bags falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as material and workmanship errors but not for damages caused by abuse (unreasonable use or neglect), normal wear and tear or general cosmetic wear. This warranty is available for products purchased on bowforbold.com only with proof of purchase.
*Warranty does not include products purchased outside of our BOW official store collection due to limited edition releases / one-time off selections.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the courier you have chosen provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the package is lost en route to us, we would not be able to replace/repair your product.
